We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities at any time.

Safety Data Sheets are available upon request and for applicable products on our website.

4. Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

We reserve the right to:

  • accept or decline any order
  • cancel an order before dispatch
  • limit quantities purchased
  • refuse service where fraud or misuse is suspected.

Orders are accepted only after payment has been received and confirmed.

5. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

Unless otherwise stated, prices include GST.

Prices may change without notice.

If an obvious pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only.

Trade Chem is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • courier companies
  • weather events
  • public holidays
  • supply shortages
  • events outside our reasonable control.

Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to the delivery address provided in your order.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Due to health and safety requirements, opened chemical products generally cannot be returned unless required under New Zealand consumer law.
